Please help! I’m paying for a service that’s only kinda working and am constantly checking the app to make sure it’s not frozen. Reinstalling seems to be the only option to get it back up. To receive updates on this Apple ID, uninstall Signal then install a new version while logged into. The app does load to the main home screen when it happens. Confirm that Signal is listed in the tab Not on this iPhone. The notifications are very important and if the app stops working without me knowing it just seems like there aren’t any. I usually get notifications every few hours at least. I use the app mostly to keep an eye on my elderly special needs cat while I’m not at home. The worst part is it stops working without my knowledge during the day and I only realize it when it dawns on me that I haven’t had a notification for a while. The only solution I can find is to uninstall and reinstall but it’s getting really old and is very unhelpful when I have to do it away from home and don’t always have the best internet connection. Since the last YI Home update in June where they added battery cameras, my app has frozen every day. ![]() My phone is an iPhone 13 pro with everything updated and current. I use the YI Home app for 3 cameras with paid cloud service.
